cancellation policy

At Teka, we are committed to providing exceptional service to all of our clients. To help us maintain an efficient schedule and offer appointments to those on our waitlist, we require advance notice for any changes or cancellations.

Appointment Cancellations

We kindly ask that you provide at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service.

No-Shows

Clients who do not show up for their appointment without prior notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. 

Late Arrivals

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may need to shorten or reschedule your service. A late arrival may also result in a 50% charge, depending on the time remaining and the service booked.

Deposits

All services require a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking. This deposit will be applied toward your service cost and is non-transferable. Deposits will be forfeited for cancellations or reschedules made with less than 48 hours’ notice.
